Bear along the Yellowstone Fishermen Beware. Jim and I filmed this bear sleeping right on the edge of the Yellowstone River. Some fishermen came by and the bear jumped up and ran up the hill. Don’t know who was more frightened. But we had a blast watching him. We saw this bear through Halloween. He has a very distinct face and two red ear tags. He kept hanging around Beatty Gulch eating apples off trees in the area. I think he hung around this area until he went to den for the winter.
